Main Materials of RV Series Worm Gearbox
The housing of the RV series worm gear reducer is made of die-cast aluminum alloy (frame size: 571 to 090) or cast iron (frame size: 110 to 150). The worm is made of 20Crm and undergoes carbonization quencher heat treatment, making the surface hardness of worm gears up to 56-62 HRX. The worm wheel is made of wearable stannum bronze alloy.
