The 36mm PG36555 series Gearmotor is a planetary gearbox combined with a brushed motor. It is highly durable, precise, and offers high-performance with high starting torque, low failure rate, small size, and easy assembly. The motor type is carbon-brush commutator, and the gearbox housing material is made of 1045 Steel. The geartrain material is 40Cr Steel with Powder Metallurgy, and the shaft material is 40Cr Steel as well. With dual ball bearing support, it offers advantageous torque with minimal space requirements and is suitable for continuous, reversing, and intermittent operation. The rotation direction is reversible and can be installed in any mounting position. The Gearmotor is equipped with a magnetic encoder that provides feedback for accurate control of motor speed and positioning, capacitor & resistor for EMC suppression, and custom shafts, flanges, and IP ratings.
